Solving for housing variety, affordability, and economic mobility

In partnership with SCAG, the City of Riverside, RADAR, and Placeworks, Blended Impact Labs is participating in the Technical Advisory Committee for the Missing Middle Prototypes Plan Project and intends to complete a pilot project with completed plans.

We see this pilot as a way to increase residential multifamily for-sale housing which can catalyze wealth building, along with creating additional commercial multifamily rental housing stock from local, emerging developers which could create local economic mobility.

We have been a part of the project since inception in 2022 when it was originated amongst a group of over 30 community leaders as a part of the GPLA Housing Policy Leadership Academy Riverside County Cohort.
